What is a good strain to scrog?

I plan on growing 1 maybe 2 plants. I will be growing in soil. I will using a 250w light. I will be growing in a grow tent. I was wanting to know what would be a good strain to scrog? I would like the name and seed company. I would like some ideas.

google best strain to scrog imo or search this forum. i always think of someone having sex with the strain when they say scrogging

Pretty much any strain can benefit from scrog. But mostly sativa hybrids since they're more likely to have spread out nodes and stretch.

I saw a vid of serious seeds chronic scrogged in dwc. 1 plant gave 450g from 400w. Just look for a strain that fills your needs (taste,smell,appearance,yield,high) and scrog it. Itll work

Thank you for the reply. I know most plants can be scrogged. I am just curious what other people have grown with a scrog grow. How did it turn out? what strains they think are best.
