What is causing this? COCO

It sounds like the plants aren't drinking and/or pots aren't draining. Like others have suggested, use H2O2 to kill and rot in the medium. I'd give them a good flush of half-strength nutes + H2O2, and make sure they are really draining well. I never liked straight coco myself because I felt it didn't drain as well as it did once I started adding perlite, however many straight coco users will swear that straight coco is the best. Can you post whole plant pics?
Fabric pots are the best addition too. Oldschool pots suck

The only real issue I've encountered 'over-watering' in coco was fungus gnats.
Yes had these a few times little cunts. I just let my pots dry out and water as little a possible normally gone within a few days. There not good for the roots.

The Vivosun square 3-gal bags are what I use.
Plants seem to be very happy in them.
I do get some crusting on the lower exterior from the 3-2-1, but it doesn't seem to have any adverse effects.

The plants look super healthy, thats why i did not post whole plant pictures. I think I found the root rot right before it started to affect them.
I did not water today and yesterday. They probably need water tommorow.

Probably a combination of: plastic pots, low temps and watering to much (not enough roots/pot is too big)

Are your pots sitting on a platform where the excess water (+nutes) can drain properly or are they standing in their own drainage? I grow in 100% coco in fabric pots placed on these (way cheaper locally) and have never had root rot issues. I don't even think its possible with proper drainage and air circulation...something you're doing has to be off.

Something like this is also a cheap option: https://www.amazon.com/TeamFar-Round-Cooling-Rack-Dishwasher/dp/B085ZWBMZZ

Yeah they are on the of these grow trays, they are called danish trays here. I'll check if there is water somehow not draining. I feed with drain to waste with FloraFlex caps.

Are you positive they are fully saturating all of your medium? I hand water so never an issue for me but I've heard of several people using drippers not fully saturating all of their coco. That can cause many issues, especially salt build-up.

Is it true that I have to water coco every day? I water my coco kinda like I did soil. Is this bad?
Keep feeding as much as you can when roots are developed, keep the coco wet, no less than 90% I feed between 1-4x a day, just give them little bits to top them off after the first big feed of the day
