What is coco and how do i use it?

Looking to find out a bit about coco and perlite mix, I currently have my plants 2 weeks old in soil that's all and I am replanting tomorrow, should I replant into soil and perlite 60/40? or should I get this coco and perlite? What do I do with the coco and perlite? Still water and give the same light etc.. or do I have to do anything different and is it possible to add the plants straight into the coco if the plant is currently in soil, thanks guys appreciated for any help given

Thanks guys, I think I am going to try this out on my 2nd or 3rd grow as this is my first and are already in soil its probably wise for the timebeing to keep them in soil as I just found out 5 minutes ago on my other thread, Help is appreciated and I will be looking into this a lot more
