i'd say you've either SUPER nuted those or
your ph is below 4.5
ayup
either way a twenty gallon minimum rinse is in order
move plant into lower light area for a day or 2
cut out all discoloration
feed b12 after rinse

^^^^^^^^^^ good call on the iron def, but it also looks like a heat stress problem/over nuting. Hard to assess with the info given.

could be wrong but it looks like a zinc deficiency among others
