for veg, worm castings, high N guano and composted original black kow with 30% perlite added, also add dead leaves and branches, egg shells, etc for richer compost. also, adding sugars to your compost will feed the microbes, throw in roots of weeds in your yard, they have microbes all over them. keep your compost moist.

for flower, i like to use high p and k bat guano or manure of some sort, make sure its all organic or composted so it wont burn her. promix, espoma or fox farms are great soils. i like a bit of synthetics in flower also, something with high p and k, bloom booster or jacks classics are pretty good. use them in moderation or you will burn them and get salt buildups.

If your looking for a cheap and simple solution, General Hydroponics has powdered nutrients called maxigrow, maxibloom, and koolBloom.. just use 1 tsp per gallon of maxigrow(veg) and maxibloom(flower). But some people just use maxibloom the whole grow because it has enough N-P-K for the whole life of the plant:)

I personally use the Roots Organic line- Grow, Bloom, Trinity, Extreme Serene, Ancient Amber, and HPK:) Just my preferred nutes for soil:)
