What is happening here? San Pedro

My Pedro is getting these white marks like something is happening on the inside. Am I being eaten from the inside? Any help is appreciated.

looks like mite damage which would be on the outside but sorta microscopic. look reaaaaaal close

I am happy to report that it seems to be going away fast. I got a microscope out and looked. I didn't see anything. It's right outside of my door so I see it every morning. It was fine the morning I left for work and it was all spotted when I got back. It started getting back to normal the next morning. It wasn't even messed up a full 24 hours. Should have waited longer before posting but I was worried. I thought I was being eaten from the inside!
