It's telling you that your medium is dry. Looks to be coco too, which is a double no-no.
Why a double no no for the coco? Just curious as I’ve used coco a couple of times, always been ok.

Because coco thrives when it stays saturated, when it dries salts start to creep up.

She’s telling you water her more often. I’m telling you fill them pots. You’ll miss that space later for root growth and while she’s down below the brim, it’s arid and stagnant.

When I planted I didn't fully saturate my soil I guess it was mad dry down there so I've soak all the medium

It’s amazing how fast the taproot on a seedling can get deep. Water it all the way through, then wait till the planter is much lighter to water again. I was shocked to see roots spirals the size of a penny in the bottom of my large beer cups a week after sprouting, those little guys dig deep quickly.

Dry start bouncing back now middle one seem stumped may replace him and put him in a smaller if he dont catch up by week 2 my mother & auto room

That's a myth........most auto growers start in smaller containers and transplant.
You can expect very slow growth for a while.
Maintaining the proper moisture level with a seedling in a large pot will be a challenge.
