whats causing my leaves to curl?

ive been growing in the veg state for six weeks. after animal ate my leaves i set up a tent and been growing in my tent for about two and a half weeks. I have a 300w led light installed and circulate in fresh air. Its taken a couple weeks for the plants to grow back from the incident and since then its been going well. But ive noticed the lower leaves yellowing. My the pics and my description i'm wondering what else i can do at this point. I water about twice a week with added nutrients dyna grow. the temp is mid 70 to mid 80'S and around 50 to 65% humiduty.

I hear them say they hate their soil, would rather have hid lights, a bigger pot, some air conditioning, need more air flow, better water/feeding habits too.

water pot when its dry and light again only. water all at once, about 1/4 of the pot volume of water.

Only feed every other watering. Usually once a week. You can get salt build up, creating nute lockout. If you have been over feeding with synthetic nutes you might have to do a flush, then feed a full feeding and let them dry for 4 days before you do another watering with straight ph'd water. For me, I use foxfarm nutrient line and by the time I get to flower I can see salt on the outside of my fabric pot. That's when I flush with 3g of water mixed with sledgehammer flush by ff, then rinse with 3 more gallons of straight ph'd water. Then I give a full feeding since I just washed out all the nutrients in the soil. My plants love it, the will begin to twist and show some deffeciencys but then after I flush they get 100% better within a day. I will end up flushing like that probably 3 times through flower before my final flush the last week, then I will obviously not add any more nutrients

Think a bout using coco, almost impossible to overwater in coco... i left promix and never looked back... read up on it, there certainly are contrarian oppinions... real breathable pots and coco, equals happy roots in my book...

I just go with fabric pots and soil. Works great, super hard to over water with that

lower leaves yellow, plant uses the N, remove them as they curl. Remove all the dead leaf stuffs from your soil too, can create mold.

I would up pot those after they stand back up.....water them in and not mess with them again until they are drooping from lack of water.

That prob means its as much or more the breathable pots as it is the medium in them... i use rigid pots that i paddle bit drilled the eff out of, then line em w weed block fabric likevu put under mulch. For smaller containers i use milk crates (thanks tonstoned trout) lined the same way. I Lst hard so i like having the rigid pot to brace off of or pull down too...

You are pretty much making an airpot lol those things work nice too

Yea pretty much. Reason I don't use the name brand jobs is, they are expensive and my way is cheap and with LSTing the girls real flat, I didn't like the ratio of diameter to hight of container, seemed tippy...

But reguardless of how one gets there I think the breathable pot is very helpful, wether thats fabric, airpot, or homeade combo of both like mine I really think the concept just makes sense for the roots...

great advice. So i decided to walk away for a few days and not mess with maintenance and they have really grown. one plant sprouted hairs on is head and their only about 6''. i water twice a week but have used mix evry time. will alternate and see if it improves growth rate.

Iv at times played w how little u can feed her, its quitee shocking that ive gone as far as feed only once out of 4 or 5 waters with no deficiencies noticed. Now im not suggesting taking it that far, it was more of an expiriment. I think the every other suggestion is the way to go

We more often than not show our girls too much love I find that plants thrive on less than recommended mixes they really are just trying to sell you more ..... Honestly less is more
