The 150g limit is asinine. They can't play doctor. They don't have the authority and it will fall under charter rights IMO.
There is only a 150g possession limit and 150g shipping limit. Doctors are
not limited at all.
150g's per day per prescription, per LP. Your doctor can write multiple prescriptions for 150gs
per day, you go to multiple LP's for 150g's each, you use it all
somehow, and your LP's only ship 150g's at a time, everyday. No laws are broken.
This scenario is unreasonable and impossible but makes a point. Really the only limits are
what your doctor will prescribe and what your
wallet can pay for. You could have a 1000 gram per day prescription(s) under the MMPR legally if you could use it up as the couriers delivered it, and there was 365 day a year couriers.
So you want to be prescribed 40g/day from a doctor/nurse practitioner, first get a waiver that will expunge him/her from any liability. Convince them that it is the only best medication for you. Then have him/her write
8 - 5g's/ per day prescriptions so that you can
shop around the different LP's. Now lets say you love the flavor and texture of Cannimed/PPS's marihuana and shopping around is redundant because Canimed is the only ones that produces that gamma irradiated goodness. Ordering all 40g's/day from a single LP becomes necessary, so make 8 different orders from cannimed timed to be four days apart. As long as you use up your 4 day supply (150g's), and the LP ships 150g's or less at a time, no laws are broken. I used 40g's a day because among larger scribes this seems to be common, though now with no juicing (only dried marihuana) this will also prove difficult to use up and may drop even lower.
There are no limits really. Just a bunch of confusing bullshit. No court case here?
