Not sure if this is available to you but:
I jusy got the 6" version, so I have to admit, I don't have a ton of experience with it, but it is really quiet and they have a great rep

Yeah I’ve had my eye on this one! It’s a lot more expensive in the UK though
They sell this one in different sizes, it has (2) speeds, high / low, the 4"/100mm version on the high setting works good in a 1m X 1m x 2m tent, but the 6"/150mm version using a (4"/100mm to 6"/150mm, reducer/expander) running on the low setting is much quieter than the 4"/100mm version running on the high setting, plus the 6"/150mm version using a (4"/100mm to 6"/150mm, reducer/expander) running on the low setting moves (2x) the air as the 4"/100mm version running on the high setting!

Fans as quiet as the AC infinity are rare, your average fan will be 50db which is a fuck ton louder than 30s of the infinity.
diyleduk sells the 4" with speed controller for £99
I use box fans that are 23-25db, but they move a lower volume of air. I have 4" and 6" , the 4" takes care of 1x1m veg tent with 315cmh.
You would be better going for the ac infinity 4" if you can wait for diyleduk to restock, shoot him an email.

Its enough for my 1mx1m and the 6" is enough for 2x4 and 3x3 combined.
