What is the best way to extract Aloe juice?

heres what I do, I have some thick wire, it's about 1.5 mm thick, and I cut off a leaf, and then I get that wire, and stick it in, using it to spin around and "stir' the insides of the leaf, being careful not to punch though the skin, then after stirring it all up, you can literally pour it out, I can get two or three tablespoons per large leaf using this method, and after that, it's fairly easy to get the last bits out, kinda squeezing it out like an empty toothpaste tube, starting from the bottom and working to the top.
Some also use a blender or a food processor, I imagine that way would probably have more nutrients in it, but don't know that to be a fact.
I use my way simply because it's quicker/easier, and I don't like to clean my blender... lazy bastard...

it is awesome, especially for cloning, I think every organic grower should have the "essentials" meaning
a group of comfrey, horsetail, and aloe plants (even better if ya get nettles too)
worm bin, compost pile, and rabbit hutch.
I don't have all of those though, working on the horsetail, nettles, and rabbit hutch. The rest I got covered though.

Well, I have the worm bin working, compost is frozen right now, comfrey and horsetail in the spring!!! Rabbit hutch....don't know if I can swing that. I had a terrifying childhood experience involving rabbits.

heh, me too, I was a lil too curious to see a rabbit being slaughtered...they make the most awful sound ever... and gurgling...
