What is the deficiency?

Plants are droopy with very dark top leaves and yellowing lower leaves,they were slightly root bound but transplanted today.. what can I do? I'm sure it's a deficiency.. don't mention the spider mites I got the under control lol..

I think you did fine ...they should recover
Mites are hard to rid

Basically gave the grow a good wash down in strong cleaning agent, then sprayed the plants with organic pesticide and got alot of wind flow
