Oh i don't wait on eatin' em.Had some from Sammies not long ago.Gotta wait til summer to set traps.No need to wait till summer. Crawfish have 2 times a year they are available. The spring/summer run and the shorter smaller winter run. We going eat some tonight!!
There is already one hell of a good management team in place now. Th current owner will do all the headache stuff and my wife will do the money stuff. I'm trying to talk her out of it I know what a hard time a restaurant can be.Ive managed restaurants for years....you guys got your hands full thar!

There are some great sea food restaurants in New Bedford. My cousin started his culinary career there.I am living in New Bedford, Massachusetts, right now.
New Bedford is the biggest scallop fishing port in the world, I believe.
Besides maybe Alaska, I believe New Bedford makes the most money from sea food, because scallops are expensive, and we have the most scallop boats here, I believe.
I used to work on commercial fishing boats, it was the toughest job I ever had.

Now I want some scampi....I'm the sous-chef of a resturaunt, and I STILL to this day love me a big ass plate of some homemade Mac n cheese!! Can't beat it!!
