hey guys, im new to the forum but i have been an ommp member for almost a year. i get chronic migrains and for the last year it has been constant. thankfully i have marijuana and that makes me feel normal for a few hours but im hating how much time i have to spend medicating. it on average takes me 20-30 to medicate and i have to medicate every 2-3 hours. what have you guys found to be the best ways to medicate quickly or in your mind the best way to medicate? im not sure if this is the right place to post this but all of your advise is deeply appreciated. thank you
It seems like it's re-upping you don't like... in which case it seems like edibles is the only way... I think a good combination of vapor and edibles might be to your liking... or a good portable vaporizer that uses oil (g-pen or similar)... they're always ready to go and take literally 5 seconds to use.
But I think that an edible in the morning, once you get the dose dialed in properly, will sustain you for most of your day... and if you're not getting enough longevity still, you can also dole out edibles on a schedule throughout the day. Edibles will last longer, generally. I find that edibles combined with smoke or vapor (usually a vape session in the morning with the edible, then maybe another one when I start to feel it wane, which won't be for a long time if I time that first session right so the edibles kick in with it.)
Truth be told, a single dose of cannabis lasts a few hours max once you have some tolerance. Edibles are the only way past that as far as I know. Kind of just a fact of life if you like or need to use cannabis... re-upping is a part of the game, so to speak. Honestly, my advice would be to learn to love the ritual, lol. But I understand if you feel it's interruptory to your day... like I said though, after a solid morning dose of vapor and/or edibles, a good portable oil vape will keep you going for sure... and they're so discreet... so it's not like you have to steal away for a secret session to medicate... you can do this anywhere, on the fly, in literally 6 seconds.
