What is the oldest weed you have saved in jars?

For me it is the Serious Seeds AK47 that I used to grow. I still have a few large mason jars full of some four year old product. If is fun to pull out old weed that you used to grow and still enjoy the high.

It also sucks remembering a killer strain that you used to grow, but didn't keep any dried buds around. I learned this lesson with my NL and will not make this mistake again. Now when I start a new strain, I take 3-4 large mason jars and tuck them away for safe keeping.

During that 4 years, at what point would you say it was at its best overall? As far as flavor, smell, potency etc.

I think a year is about my max time. considering I'm smokasaurous around pot, that's pretty good for me
