What is the problem/how can i fix it? (picture)

It's about six days old and around 3 inches. As you can see the first set of leaves turned yellowish and curled up slightly. I used a pre-ferted soil.

aren't those white balls perlite? you got your chute leaves green and next set yellow? is there any green at the top in the middle?
