Gerald1357, They look over watered and over nuted and looks like the little flowers are already getting rot, but that may be my eyes or how the pics look.
But with literally zero info about what you're doing it's really hard to guess.
Medium, nutes, watering frequency, lights, temp, RH, ventilation, you know, info such as that would really help folks help you.
