What is the problem?

what do you guys think? Is this heat stress, light stress, a Cal mag deficiency, or something else? It seems to mainly be happening only on the top of the plants. I would take pictures of the plants but they were just watered and too heavy to take out of the light

this is phosphorus deficiency , Could be happening because of
:
1) lack of phosphorus ferterlizer
2) or due to ph lockout , in soil keep your ph above 6.2 and below 7.0 , in hydro and soilless mediums keep ph below 6.2 .
3) keep your temperature above 15 c
also too compacted soil make roots unable to absorb phosphorus peoperly

I water in my nutes at a ph of 6.5, I have been using purely vegetative nutrients and micro nutrients. I guess maybe it's time to start adding some bloom in there as well. Do you think this is possibly a sign of them being root bound and that's why the soil maybe to dence? I have noticed quite a bit of slowing in the growth. They are almost 10 weeks into vegetative state in 5 gallon containers is that enough?

My daily temperatures at their highest are normally about 84 to 85° in at their lowest typically about 73 to 76°

Also my soil is nutrient infused lightly as it is Foxfarm Ocean Forest, pro mix HP, and perlight. However at this stage I feel most the nutrients are probably washed out of the soil due to the age of the plants

They just look a little mangled because I had just done training on them. They were under 1000 W up until about a week ago when I stretch them out under a span of 1750 W due to size
