What is this... a Hermie? Still in Veg 18/6

The plant is still in veg under 18/6. Temps are abit high at between 75-95F but its in a cabinet and I'm finding it hard to control temps but got a bigger fan on the way so should get it sorted. Heat stress could cause a hermie, my question is, is it a Hermie? If not, what is this?

Plant is 45 days old from seed.
(sorry about the quality but its the best I can do)

Looks very healthy regardless of heat.

Thanks guys.

Skroatz.

But, since still on 18/6... how can you tell at all?? You need to kick into flowering first on 12/12...... huh....

I took the plant outside away from home just to see what it would turn out to be in flower since outside what about 12-13hr of light.
Still seems like a hermy to me and just want to know for sure, never had one yet... I don't want to chuck it back into the flowering room.
The balls just fall off but there is only 4 on each node. 2 each side, 1 each side of the leaf stem.

Look to the left of the photo for the balls

In the centre of this photo is a ball

I've had a hermie in my first grow. That beige looking ovl shape thingy in your last pic looks a bit dubious i must say- is that what your refering to?
