What is this Bug?

So I’ve been spraying my plants once a week with a mixture of neem oil, organic dish soap, and aloe flakes.
However tonight I noticed when I sprayed the plants a ton of these bugs swarmed around. What are they? And if they are bad for the plants what do I need to do to get rid of them?

The plants appear healthy and I haven’t noticed that they are getting eaten or anything.

I did a little late night training. What do you think? I added a scrogg net. Super cropped a couple and topped two????

first time outdoor growing. I was afraid they were getting too tall so I went ahead and did this. Hope I didn’t fuck them up

Typically topping is reserved for veg, Ive heard of people supercropping up until a few weeks of flower... those plants will finish but topping at that point is just detrimental to your final yields

Well I only topped the plants that weren’t in flower, which was two of them. I super cropped one of the plants that was starting to flower.

Hope everything works out
