What is this bug?

I recently noticed something munching on my leaves. Only a few leaves affected so far.. *Wanted to find the source. I've been looking under all the leaves for days & nothing. & finally seen this dude chillin on the side of pot this morning. I assume this is what's eating holes in a few of my leaves. Any knowledge on the bug is appreciated. Thx.

Looks like it might be a type of Assassin bug. I don't think that's eating your plant. If anything it would be eating what's eating your plant. But I can't make a positive identification from that photo.

Thanks. I'm new to organic growing. & loving it. I get my EWC from Uncle Jims which usually has bugs in it. From what I've noticed so far they are all good guys. So trying to learn so I don't squash the friends. I appreciate your reply.
