What is this bug?

Hello, sometime i find this bug and alway got some ants near him... what he do? I catch some but they alway back.. that the only bug i find on my plant most of time... do they damage my plant?

if your concerned , try some of those non toxic sticky paper things , thy work well against most bugs,, better than trying to spray with any type of chemical

The only kind of bugs i allow on my ladies are ladybirds (lol, no word play here), anything else (especially unknowns) i get rid of.

I know some stink bugs eat mites etc, but they are also some plant eating stink bugs out there so better be careful.

Personally I would not trust any bug that the ants are protecting. Seems like they only do that for insects that are producing honeydew, which means they are "grazing" their livestock on your plants. Check the leaves, including undersides, and make sure there's no sticky stuff on them.
