What is this deficiency?

8 weeks in veg, scrogging obviously and this is creeping up from the bottom off the plant working its way up. I'm using General organics nutrients, using distilled water, using cal/mag, and phing solution to 6.3-6.5 every time. Is this a phosphorus deficiency? It's going to kill my plant if I don't figure this out.

Watering with General organics, using 15 ml bio thrive grow, 5 ml calmag, 10 ml bio root, 5 ml bio weed, 5 ml bio marine. 1/2 teaspoon real growers recharge. I feed every watering every 4-5 days. It is in a 5 gallon smart pot. I ph solution to 6.3-6.5 every time.

Soil is happy frog, EWC, ancient forest humus, and perlite.
