What is this? Looked everywhere :/

Hi guys, struggling with these plants a little. They're all either turning pale or have yellowing tips. The leaves have this strange discolouration that I can't pin to any one issue. If you guys could point me in the right direction regarding this situation I'd be grateful.

Watering with standard tap water, using a 125 watt CFL light on a reflector 12 inches away and using a hempy bucket mix of vermiculite and perlite, they're sat on a heat mat as well. No nutes yet
