What is this on my leaves? only 2 leaves effected

I get that on my bottom fan leaves, could never diagnose it. i use a 5ltr sprayer to water with.

maybe, i can sometimes be a little heavy handed without realizing it.

yeah its been a real hot day today so they could use a drink anyway.
