WHAT is this???

HELP!! This discoloration appeared in one day, at lights out everything was fine and then…. Whaaaat? Does someone know what it could be? Fungi? Cal deficiency? RH at 55%, temps at night 17-19 degrees C and day 22-26 degrees C. I have a fan running at low and an inline fan with carbon filter attached. Growing in soil, in early veg state, going to cry now.
Running a SE5000 dimmed at 45% about 63cm, checking the DLI and ppfd every few days to be around DLI 17 and ppfd around 250. HELP!

Yes. The water drops can act as a magnifying glass and they don't really don't need water droplets on their leaves. If your humidity is right they'll get they're leaf moisture right out if the air.

On the fence on the pics - looks like thrip damage to me IMO. Which is fairly common with vegging plants / soil grows.

I would implement a “ preventative “ solution ( just in case ) … simple retail products can be used like Capt. Jacks Bug Brew / Bioneem / Azamax. Etc.

But first i would stage blue or yellow sticky traps to see if you get any “ flyers “. Plus as stated - stop wetting plants at lights out.

Honestly that was my first thought too.

You know the one thing alot of growers forget is lots of bagged medium come with “ hitchhikers “ - seen plenty of flyers ( gnats / bugs ) swarming palletized bags.

Learned quickly that it was a good idea to amend all bagged soil medium with neem meal. I dump bag into tote / add cups of neem meal / mix well and store.

Thanks for your advice! However, my bagged soil spent some weeks in -20 degrees C, so I think maybe, just maybe, the soil didnt come with any hitchhikers. Plus I dont see anything flying around my tent. I really appreciate all of the advice given, thank you for helping me!
