I seen you replied to a tread about a nitrogen deficiency would low nitrogen cause lower leaves to turn brown and fall off almost like consuming themselves?? Im using canna like and I was giving a little grow nutes into the mix along with the bloom nutes and recently leaves have started dying and dropping off should I start to add a little grow nutes along with the bloom like half the recommended dosage would you reckon that's what might be wrong??

I was just saying that if you already added calcium, maybe some magnesium would help. I mix quarter teaspoon to a gallon. You could top dress, I dunno how much. I would start out small. Then add if the trouble comes back.

if they are turning yellow and dieing, then yes, i would give a full growth feed in place of a bloom feed and see how it go's. if its just a feed problem.
what are you growing in?
it could be a PH problem, causeing nutrient lock out if your growing in soil. can you do a PH test on your soil?

For my system it says to use 463ml of canna terra vega so I'll just give it say 300 and see what happens hopefully the bump of nitrogen will stop it in its tracks as I'm due to start adding canna pk13/14 so fingers crossed, cheers for the info mate :p
