What is this?

This popped up today when I went to go check on my plant. Is this the start of a male ball or can it be a calyx with no hair yet? its the only sign I have right now and its really really tiny and hard to tell.

Aside from what I think is an oddly structured plant,it appears as a stipule to me.But in all honesty I am not the best judge on diagnoses of anything...lol. Take it with a grain of salt.

I think its a female just with no hairs yet but it is too early to make assumptions. Its the only sign so far right now and its in between where I topped it.

As so high aptly stated, id does in fact look like a stipule. But if it where to be anything, pollen sack or ovule... Its too early to tell.
I had that anxiety so close to flower too, my friend. Trust, they will show their sex in time.
