What is this ?

BUGS................ You have bugs that feed on the leaves. 99.97 percent sure. Treatment I have heard is a little dawn dishsoap mixed with water sprayed under and on top of all leaves. Neem oil I have heard of as well. You need to get a fan on the plant to make the leaves move around. That usually is what stops this. I'd like to call on someone else to look at this. The thing in the center has me puzzled. Don't know what that is. Hope I helped.

Outside inside I would still treat them with the dishsoap and water. That should kill them. I would cut off all leaves that are effected. Then treat the entire plant with a small amount of dawn to a gallon of water. I feel. Not for sure that if untreated they will eat your buds as well. Not a pro myself. You do need to stop the bugs now. Because if you wait for buds. You will get that soap in your buds. Not good. While they are just leaves you can spray and save your plant.

Those marks are from leaf borers/ leaf miners. They're not real easy to get rid of because they're not on the surface of the leaf. The eggs get injected into the leaf, hatch eat there way out.

Monterey garden insect spray with spinosad will work to kill them, it's organic OMRI listed. You could try dish soap it may work I never used it for anything.

Cutting off the damaged parts of the leaf is a good idea there's probably some critters still in there. Treat the soil also.

Preventing them outdoors, your guess is as good as mine. Sticky traps maybe, adults fly. I don't how long they would last outside though.

if your only 2 weeks from harvest, I would just get rid of the leaf. I would be very concerned on spraying anything on it at this point but if I had too, it would be omri certified this late in the ball game. also, for later growing I would pick up some dawn dish soap. it can be used for several thains1. kills bugs2. works as a catalyst so when you spray your plants, it will help adhere the product your spraying to the leaves. 3rd if your soil gets to dry and cracks, it works as a water absorbent which will let the soil saturate the soil better instead of running off the hard soil. gl

I use this site for organic solutions. Not saying that you should buy from them, but this link shows your options for organic control. http://www.groworganic.com/search#q=leafminers&p=1

good luck!!!
