what is this?

Well the lights were pretty close to the plant I have raised them. Currently about 450 Watts. I have all organic soil but as rodger told me it has woodchips which is not good ideha. They started off nice and first began developing yellow spots mostly on the bottom 1 and 3 finger leaves then began spreading. Leaves dried up while others curled. A few had holes. I would water only when top of soil is dry and up to 1 inch under also dry. Had few times I could tell I had over watered. I started off with clean water at ph of 6.3 n then began using fishtank water BC I researched n saw it was okay. The tank had been established for over 3 years so I know germs and pests are to a very minimum. The thing I did not realize was the ph was way up at 7.5 n also came to find it also had very high range of nitrogen. I turned back to the water I started with. It was before even the fishtank water that the yellow spots had first began. Purposely added nutrients had nit been added until yesterday.

I should also mention it had multiple spikes of heat up to 90 degrees, each heat wave would last hours as I was not home and it happened BC my Ac was shut off. Has been in good standing temp wise for about a week now. 75 -8p degrees and humidity roughly 60

The temp has nothing to do with it so you're fine there. It's probably the wood chips. High carbon material like that only breaks down from soil bacteria which binds up nitrogen. The N will still be in the soil but not available to the plant.

Okay. So this has no signs nitrogen toxicity?
I do have another plant next to this one. Doing a bit better but starting to develop same thing. They both are clawing which I thought was nitrogen toxicity

N toxicity would have dark foliage and deficiency has light green/yellow foliage.
