What is up with my leaves?!

1st thing that comes to mind is you have a serious pest issue that looks quite advanced.
Maybe throw up a few pics of the whole plant and a couple of top growth close ups.
Somebody will probably look at those pics and know but I'm thinking spider mites or thrips.
Wait for other opinions.

Better scope the leaves I think I see a little larvae like creature on a leaf.

I forget what its called exactly but essentially what you've run into is a little bug that lives inside the leaves and eats the chlorophyll. If its only one plant make sure you separate it and treat it with bug out if you're cool with those chemicals they offer a fully organic version.

Yeah it is little yellow larvae .... any advice what to do.....? Whole plants looks fine, but it was in very close proximity with other plants so quite a lot of them have it.
What should I use to deal with them? And getting rid of a plant isn’t an option .

What your dealing with is thrips.
There are a lot of ways to deal with them.
Neem oil is a way to go but it is preferred to be used in veg.
Your leaves are so bad I'd probably hit them with something on the leaves.
Again would help to know the stage your in.
I would hit the leaves with a soapy water spray. Ivory or dawn mixed with water.
There are sprays premade also.
Research thrips and getting rid of them.
Others will chime in.
There are a variety of ways to deal with them.
It's a lot better to have thrips vs other pests like mites if that's good news.

What you want is Nematodes. They are a beneficial parasite that will infect the host and kill it. They'll be gone in a week. Guaranteed.

But I grow in Grodan cubes, will they help out? What about Ladybugs?

The leaf picture is of a girl in veg, but in my other room, which is in flower stage, I am dealing with the bloody mites too, why wouldn’t you use neem oil in flower stage? As I understand it might cause a rise in humidity and cause mold? What would you recommend to do to deal with mites and thrips in flower stage? I cannot afford to quarantine the whole room, cause I have 5 tables there
Also, some grower told me he uses Promise (pesticide) in the first week if flower to control any root pests.
Every time I walk to my grow room I pass in my back yard, where there is shit load of grass, vegetation, etc., at this point I think mites are everywhere

I haven't had to deal with thrips in a while.
I squirt some ivory into a spray bottle when I use it.
For thrips I would spray the leaves if it was a bad infestation.
I still use soapy water spray sporadically for fungus gnats as one of many ways to keep them under control.
I don't measure, I'd probably use a 2 tbl of soap in a 24 oz container, maybe 3 tbl.
just rinsing you leaves gently with plain water will knock a bunch of them off.
In my case I would take each plant in veg into a shower and spray the plant down, a spray that is enough to knock them off but not a spray that is hard enough to bother the leaves.
Keep the plants away from the lights while doing this until they dry off.
Neem is preferred in veg because in flower it will get into the buds and affect the smoke.
Not sure if it's OK in early flower.
Spinosad is a very popular product for thrips and I believe is OK to use in flower.
First few weeks of flower like 1-3wks at the latest are okay nothing longer and u can use neem oil as a preventative measure with it in watering

I keep a spray bottle of neem oil made from concentrate near my veg tent as a preventative for thrips and to spray the top of the soil for fungus gnats and then use other sprays for gnats in the flower room.
I saw thrip trails maybe two times in the past year running perpetual and was afraid it was going to spread but luckily the problem went away each time.
Yeah I saw a few shiny trails posted on here and people didn't really give me a definite answer but it was thrips I stopped it before I ever even saw a bug only the trail
