Anyone ever seen the first sets of leaves this big I am newbie but have seen lots of plants and never seen them start this big. The second pic shows it next to normal growth start from a plant that I've always seen it is sitting a little lower down still in first pot but they were planted at same time. The one leaf did suffer a little light burn from light that tipped but plant has bounced back quickly.image.jpg image.jpg

Yup. That tells me it's an Indica or straight Indica cross......No Sativa in it...(or very, very little)..

BTW, you might consider starting some Ca/Mg on the bigger ones.....very slight Mg def starting.

Thanks@ Dr.Who I giving them big bloom I figure next week being 3 week since seed I will start grow big are you saying mg def by the red leaf stems or is there something else That I should be catching . I wasn't sure because seems by what I've read that it's uncommon so i was afraid to treat without knowing 100%because so far in the short time I've been farming I have realized don't give what They don't need it almost better to under treat then over in any way. But I will give some you have any idea about amounts per gallon and how many feeds also will a led light change stems at all these ones not under led but I have one older one under led and since adding led that one purplish/red stems as well.

Thanks@ Dr.Who I giving them big bloom
You should not be giving them big bloom at this stage in growth. Use a nutrient with a high nitrogen content instead. This will help with the current vegetative stage of growth and give your plant nice dark green leaves. Also make sure to cut the nutrient down to 1/2 strength as well when using.

Wait a sec according to to foxfarm big bloom is given through whole grow which is bat guano and earthworm castings do you mean tiger bloom not to give that is for preflowering and flowering and grow big is high in nitrogen. Grow big is given throughout veg. Please confirm I am newbie I not trying to get more confused on it all.

The big bloom is very low in n, so that's why he was saying that and veg needs more n...I believe it's like .7%? But the bottle does read you can use it threw out

Big bloom was very very helpfull back when i used to use ocean forest. You guys probably already know OF is hot with nitrogen. Big bloom and epsom salts was literally all i needed for vegging with ocean forest. The soil keeps on feeding even longer when you use big bloom. Its up to you though. You dont really need it. Are you using RO water or something?

Get their feeding chart and cut everything in half per gallon... Just follow the feeding chart and you'll be fine

BB is organic and low in everything -that's good here.

The rather minor spots on the leaves looking kinda light green forming between the "ridges".....That's the beginning of Mg def....Use a Ca/Mg - lightly for a bit..

SPLFreak is correct!
