What is wrong with leaf on this plant ? And how long does stretch go on for in flower?

Hey guys just wondering what's going on with this plant, I'm in a 1sqr mtr tent with 1x 600w hps 5inch outtake 4inch intake,in coco pebbles 60:40 mix water is constants just a 1 mtr tray in the bottom that constantly keeps at an inch deep with all four pots sat in water to constantly take what feed they want, but I have 1plant in the tent bubblegum tips of leaf are yellowed and the growth looks pale green, and another question I have is that I sent to flower 7 days ago not expecting much stretch, but it has stretched loads, how much longer could I expect it to stretch for, and is there anything I can do to try and open it up ? Thanks guys any advice good

Nutrient burn. Ease up on the food for a while. Then when you do start feeding cut back on the amounts.

What kind of food are you using? How much are you using? And how often do you feed?

Coco a+b with tiny bit of rocket fuel ok boost, and I don't know I use a want to let me know when there is enough to feed in water, and they are constant fed the tray fills an inch deep with water as they drink it it refills never empty

And as for too much feed they have been fine up till switching for flower I'd be under impression that in flower they would need more feed

You've got to cut the nitrogen in flower man.
Not sure about the water setup, are they constantly in water? Is there circulation?
If its sitting in water non stop you've got to make sure your roots aren't rotting.
