What is wrong with my plant?

I am almost 5 weeks into flowering.
I am using a 250W HPS lamp.
The tips are yellowing and pointing up. They are even browning and dying on some leaves.
I thought this was a Mg deficiency so i fed her some epsom salt along with a little mollases.
It doesnt look like it got any better. Maybe i just need to give it more? Maybe its something else?
Please help!

Looks normal to me- leaves do this during flowering- As long as it is happening from the bottom up I wouldn't worry. The plants will use all the nutrients in the leaves for energy and transfer it to the buds. By the time you harvest there really shouldn't be many green leaves left.
