first of all, don't water so often. and all those wood chips can't be good if they are in the dirt, on top would probably be ok. get better lights...umm yea, that about covers it.

Okay Thanks. Umm i think i was watering like that cuz the soil would dry up really quickly like 2-3 minutes, might be from all the sticks and crap in that soil. So i get better soil i should be good? When should I transplant and move em under HPS for flowering?

The soil is slowing them down, it's the wood chips, they can cause slow growth. Transplant to new soil, a good organic one like fox farm ocean forest works wonders.

foliar feeding is probably one of the best things you can do for a plant....for veg an early flower(first 2 weeks)never on an buds forming....the roots only take up about half the nutes you give them leaving alot of excess to sit in the soil to build up salts or flushed out with over flow....wasting your nutrient solution....foliar feeds takes up nearly all the nutes you give them meaning you'll use a weaker feeding solution an less feeding's...because of the stomata's on the leafs they are able to absorb the nutes at a much more rapid pace then the roots.....this is why if your sufferings from a def you are able to feed folier an see results faster then root zone feeding....but this also means that an over application can cause severe burns an plants death....while i strongly advocate to feed threw the leafs in veg an early flower, do not dive into thing without first doing loads of research on it.....normal waterings threw the roots still need to be maintained as the need of water can't be supplied threw the leafs....an structurally would be weak leading to toppling....az
