what is wrong?

i have a plant that ive been vegging for 8 weeks and am now swithching to flowering, but when i did an examination of my leaves there were some yellow like streaks going up the sides of some of the leaves. it looked like a potasium deficency but i am not sure can anyone help me with this?

but it doesnt look like a light burn plus im using cfl's but thank you for your comment i will look into it. but i dont think that is what it is, i have the lights about an inc and a half away to two inches so if anyone else has any opinions please let me know

does anyone have any more options to offer besides light burnkiss-ass
