What is wrong ?

i am growing 2 plants and I'm into flower.
I'm using a 290 watt led full spectrum in a 2x2x4 tent. I have 2, 6in fans one for incoming and one for out going. Why is one wilting and the other is fine

Noone is going to be able to help you with a picture like that. Take it out of the room under normal lighting and take some better picture.

Okay will when lights are on again

Even with the light on nothing looks wrong. Two different plants.
