Somebody posted a link to a Costa Rican newspaper article in his 6000w thread that talked about an Ex-pat American that was killed in a car accident right around the time he quit posting. The name was really close & the location of the accident was on the highway (if you can call them that down there) between his two houses.
The last couple of post's on his account are definitely not him, so someone got a hold of his laptop & was trying to sell seeds on here.
I've tried all his phone #'s & even sent a letter to his US based business office and his home in the states as well with zero results.
He was scheduled to come up here for a couple of weeks back in August & the Mrs & I were going back down to visit him this Feb.
I don't want to be the Debbie downer here, but I think he's gone.

thanks for the 411 though.. i had heard about it a few weeks or so ago, but the person who mentioned it didn't seem to have any credible story / proof, so i never mentioned it in public, but since meta brought it up, i thought i'd ask you..

at first he went awol from here to mostly concentrate on his breeding, and selling beans under the frost brothers name, which went fairly well for awhile, until he and his grow partner ran into issues..
after that he pretty much disappeared from all of the forums he was on, but i would still talk to him on yahoo chat.. last i talked to him he sounded great, sounded like his head was in a much better place then it was previously, which made m happy as i like dizzle, and think he's a good guy ..
 
Oh ya he kept trying to send me seeds because he said they were awesome. . but I didn't wanna get him in troubles. ..glad he's doing well. Miss his presence here...and so many others. Man this scoobs news is really sad.

GWN: was he the one who's home you stayed at in the Carribean? When I first joined I read a thread about an RIU member offering to let another RIU member stay at his place. It had fishing pics etc.

My wife and I stayed at one of his homes in Costa Rica for 2 weeks.
He and the staff treated us like royalty. Here's the thread I made when we got home.

I'm not going to disclose my favorite, saving it for a sock puppet until I manage to read the captcha image. I can't even figure out the audio version.

@skunkd0c took me a long time to read that as Skunk Doc, someone recently called you Doc and I was like "oooowwwww", before that I referred to you as "Skunk Dee Sea Zero" in my head.
