What kind of bug is this?

Never encountered one of these before and need help identifying it. The past 4 days i have been seeing a single one of these just sitting on top of one of my seedlings. The seedlings are in my "office" next to my room which hasnt really been sanitized i just had to make a spot for them quickly. This is the first time i have used bagged coco instead of coco bricks. Not sure if that may be why im getting them. Help is greatly appreciated!IMG_20150626_070131.jpg

Ok since u guys seem to know bugs here wat the hell is this?? Found three today with some sort of webbing coming out the rear...I squished them..sry put too much time n money n to let one bug lay 1000 eggs and screw me.

I'm from Delaware, close,to,Dover area... I dnt know, what it is either but if u guys could maybe suggest some bug spray that kills most pest I'd really, really appreciate it. I'm a noob sry.
I cnt find it on Google or anywhere its bugging me, no pun intended.

Looks like a little slug or a snail. And i agree...the world has plenty of bugs especially the ones that are attracted to cannabis. I may kill a couple here and there but hundreds of thousands were probably born that same day
