Looks like aphids from what I can see from the pic. Try for a better pic but I'm almost positive. What did you spray?

I second it being aphids. Spray the little suckers with some spinosad or 35% isopropyl alcohol and castile soap. Then find the ant hill that's farming them on your plants and kill, kill, kill, KILLLLL THEM ALL!

Aphids are easy to get rid of. Just spray them off with water.
Yeah that works but the ants keep bringing them back. I've found it easier in the long run to just kill off the ant hill that's farming them.

I've had them attack my peppers and eggplant before. I kept killing all of the aphids each day and the next day it was like I had done nothing. That is until I found the ant hill. After killing the ants I had no more aphids issues. At least none the ladybugs couldn't keep up with.

Spinosad works just so-so on aphids. It won't knock down an infestation. Neem oil at regular intervals will smother adults, azamax in addition will help since it is just super highly concentrated Neem and will have some knock- down effect. Consistency in your applications is going to be the win because you will hit the eggs that have not hatched yet. Spray w lights off until leaves are dry. Keep the population from exploding. You DO NOT want that to happen. Aphids are tough little buggers.

Can I get the recipe???

Neem oil is easy and has other benefits as well. I'd include it with whatever you decide. It's kind of a staple in the growers cupboard.

½gallon 70% isopropyl alcohol mixed with an equal volume of water. Add ¼tsp castile soap and 1-2 tsp potassium bicarbonate. The potassium bicarbonate will help protect plants from fungal infections.
