saaaweeet!!! man thanks bro i really appreciate it. do you know the name brand and can i use these bulbs on any type of lamp fixture?Right now im using 4 CFL's for flowering my 2 plants. All of them are 26 watt but i have 2 6500k and 2 2700k. You can pick them up at lowes or home depot (i find lowes like a thousand times more helpful with finding things to get your indoor grow going). They have 2 packs of the 2700k 26 watt CFL's for about 7 dollars but they only sell the 6500k in singles at $4.50. I'm about 2 weeks flowering and its looking might fine my friend
I got my flowering CFLs at Home Depot
They are 2700k, 42 ACTUAL WATTS, and cost like $7.30 a piece or something
I'm using six right now for two plants, they love it
The 6500 K are better for vegging but you can add them together no problem. I'm not familiar with your plants but i would advise you to get even more lights. Preferably more 2700 K ones. Look at the lumen output on the bulb it should be somewhere around 1500 each right? Well if your suppyling each plant with 2 lights thats only around 3000 lumens each and unless they are very small I don't see how that would be ideal. I guess the rule of thumb is something like 7000 lumens per sq foot is really what you need to strive for and 5000 would be more like a minimum. Look in the electrical department at lowes for the y connectors with light bulb sockets and also their are light bulb sockets that plug straight into an outlet, those can be used to get more light without having to buy multiple lamp sockets.ok check this out. I just got 2 23 watt 2700k cfls and 2 23 watt 6500k cfls. What do yall think? Honestly. Am i good with what i got, and how exactly would i set these up?
