I would love to answer that, but there's more to it then that. I suggest you read the GROW FAQ or read the thousands of grow journals on here before asking anymore questions.

But... here's a snippet..

You want a fertilizer high in N for veg and a fertilizer high in P and K during flower.

When does Veg begin and when does Flowering begin? Also what does N,P,K stand for?

Bro, you need to start reading. Click on the grow FAQ and check out everything you need. If you don't even know the difference between veg and flower you have no idea what you're getting into...

Your best bet would be to read the GrowFAQ at the top left of the site page...... Veg is typically 18 hours of light and 6 hours of darkness (equals 24 hours) from seedling till whatever size you want it to be (kinda)lol...... Flowering is 12 hours of light 12 of dark (also equaling 24 hours) your plants typically double in height from the time you start 12/12 light so prepare ahead accordingly if need be....hope this helps.... Fox Farm Fertilizers are widely used (use at 1/2 recommended dose).

N = Nitrogen
P = Phosphorus
K = Potassium (or Potash)

Most fertilizers come in different ratios of N, P, and K. If it's your first grow, I wouldn't really advise using fertilizer, but if you really want to... get something that is 5-1-1 ratio (5 parts N, 1 part P, 1 part K). Almost every boxed plant food you get will show you a ratio like the one just mentioned.

I personally use 30-10-10 "Expert Gardener" Azalea Plant Food, but you can get Miracle Gro or whatever brand you want. I have a 10-54-10 plant food but I'm saving it for flowering.

Remember, when starting out, use LESS than what the package says. You don't want to accidently ruin your crop.
