In my experience 20-25% of the hanging wet weight is my final yield. I wet trim before weighing and hanging so there is not a lot of leaf weight. On Friday I harvested (partial harvest - I'm letting the lowers go for another two weeks) my Harle Tsu and got a hanging weight of 692g. I'll de-stem it and jar the nugs when the weight drops below 170g. After almost 5 days its still not quite there - this is my longest drying run so far. Some of my runs have dried wicked fast - one batch was crispy and way overdry in like 3 days. When I jarred it the humidity was like 49%. I had to toss a few fresh fan leaves in it to get humidity up.So I harvested about 450 g wet, 350 trimmed and probably about 150g dried and cured
