like title says what type of lights are these and how do i tell it has 5 little metal things holding something that looks like a filament

sounds like an incandescent, the normal old everyday light bulb. not good for growing with.

Look like regular halogen flood light bulbs. Not for growing but will heat an area up if its cold

i'm new here, but halogen's get too hot to use and those are halogens. get some cfl's.

HALOGENS are not acceptable to grow with... its like using your BONG as a condom... it just cause it covers your KAK.. doesn't mean it is a condom..
