What kind of plant is this?

I've never posted before, but I gotta thank you all, noobs included, for the stuff I've learned reading here.

Although now I have a query regarding a plant species. I'll start by letting you know I knowing nothing special about marijuana, even less about plants, and I want to know this for little more than understanding of what to expect....

The seed was one of many unwelcome friends in what turned out to be an overpriced mix bag of lessons, but I decided to cut some losses.. It germinated in paper towelling and cracked open 23 days ago. I guess thats when you start counting how old it is?

If anybody could let me know if the species looks familar to them, and perhaps share a bit on it's characteristics I'd be pretty happy

i'd say...fuckedupalicious...lol kdding...don't know what it is but it looks like it has some growth problems...leaves looked all messed up

How big is the pot it's in?...cause it looks like maybe you need to get a MUCH bigger pot and transplant soon

and the seed took 23 days to germ'?! even horrible seeds shouldnt take more than 14 days TOPS
