What kind of training would you do? (Picture)

Hello.

I have a plant that I kinda destroyed because of wrong lights. So iv germinated the seed and had it in soil used a cheap China light untill my "real" lamp was ordered and I tought it would take like 2-3 days untill I'd get the real light but it took 18 days since the seed poped out from the soil so it had wrong light the whole time and stretched ( maybe even got stunted).

As you see on the picture she's stretched and not bushy at all for being 18 days old.
She was about 20cm tall but iv cut the lowest leaves off (the round leaves) and buried her a bit more in the soil so now she's like 12cm.

Now my question is:

Now that I have the light, 125w 6500k what kind of training should I go for (if she isn't stunted) like topping fiming main-lining and so on?

Seed: dutch passion skunk nr 11 fem
The light is real 125w 6500k not an equivalent to 125w
Tent 60 x 60 x 60cm
Soil, no extra nutes used so far.
Lamp distance from the tops is about 25cm
Humidity about 60%

If I missed to add any extra info that's important please let me know. Hope someone will give me an answer :)

If you're only doing the one plant under the light in a tent I recommend following the "West Coast Masters" style topping technique. let it grow until you have 6 branches top it above the sixth, trim the bottom two off and train the 4 top ones to grow sideways to the corners of your tent with some wire (assuming you have vertical poles inside to hold the structure up.) then keep it laying flat and trim anything growing from the bottom side (the dark side) off. I then allow the rest to grow vertically while it buds. (which is where I break from their system) I'm using a 600W DE setup but here's a pic of my Black Cherry Soda at week 5
(tonight) to show you what I mean. I use a room not a tent so I built a Scrog box to train mine.

That plant is stretching too much. Move the light closer. I would put it 4 inches under the CFL for 18 hours a day until it recovers from all the mistakes you have made. Get a small fan to move air across her leaves so they twitch a bit. You don't have much penetrating power with that light so flower as soon as shes looking healthy again. Next time as soon as they sprout keep it right under the CFL. Also...You might want to look at spending around 90 bux for a HPS 150 watter to mix the spectrum.

Let it grow for a week I would top it for sure after 4-5 nodes then you can train it and get those bud sites exposed.
Allright I'll let it grow for at least a week then.

If you're only doing the one plant under the light
I'll try to do that if it's not to advanced for a beginner like me :p. Damn that plant you have there looks awesome man! What lights do you use ?

1) It's a bit too small 2) Why in the world would you cut off the Cotyledons?/QUOTE

I've cut them off because one of them looked dead because it didn't get enough light or something I don't know it sure didn't look like a leaf anymore :/ so iv cut them off bcuz of that and that I could burie it down a bit deeper :/

Allright I'll do that too as soon as I get home from work. I have a ufo led light 90w ordered allready im waiting for it to arrive they say it's 216w equivalent to a HPS how true that is I don't know :/

Thanks for att the answers everybody ! Hope I didn't missed to answer anyone because I'm typing from my phone so the quoting took me a minute or so to do :p

Ok, here's a tip.

Cotyledons are not just regular leaves, they are embryonic seedling leafs (only one set per plant, thank you) - they provide necessary proteins and photosynthesis to the plant, even if they are below soil level they still provide essential *stuff*.

Burying the plants below the level they sprouted at is a smart and well researched method to grow bigger plants with bigger root systems (thus more bud).
Kudos !

This is a result of aggresive LST , it really works well, imo your plant is the right stage to start, they just keep throwing out more branches, the branches are held down by wire in a U shape pushed into the soil

I'm thinking about topping or fimming but don't know which one I should go for. Top or fim? I got about 7 nodes right now and she's one month old in 2 days.
