What lights to use for this space

Hi guys
Ive just recently found a an empty drawer im planning to use as my space. Its basically a set of drawers and i have taken the bottoms of each drawer out so its just one compartment.
It measures about 2 foot high and about 1 foot wide. The inside is white so i shouldnt think i would need reflective lining. Im going to fit it a small fan to keep a decent circulation and as for ventilation, there is a small square cut out, about a couple inches square. I will keep the set of drawers close to the wall so light will be kept out, but still allow air to pass through easily.
I doubt i would need one, but as this is my first grow and im extremely cautious, im placing a small negativ ion generator to get rid of any odors while growing.
Im planning on growing lowryder as i read they generally dont grow too tall, any recommendations will be appreciated though

I will be using an aerogarden, provided it would fit comfortably in this space. If it doesnt fit, i will find a new space in which it does, however the dimenstions will be near to those given above.

I would just like to ask is everything here 'kosher'? and also what lights should i use? I know with such a small space i should probably stick with CFL's but have heard yields a rather short in comparison to HPS and MH's. Which CFL's should i use and again, any other recomendations will be greatly apprciated

use "daylight or coolwhites" for veg and soft whites for flowering. u will need more wattage wen u flower

dont place the ionizer close to the plant, it will have negative effects. I would create a small carbon scrubber, mini version, like a stand alone to get rid of the smell, it will have smell. Other wise buy an ONA from your local hydro shop or buy one online. as far as lighting, all you can do is cfl, your grow space is very limited. To veg use 6500k cfl lights, to flower switch to 2700k. I would purchase as many 20-28 watt cfls as you can fit. im not too familair with the spectrum for autoflowering. throw some rep points at me if u like, bumpity bump bump!

will this be suitable? if not can anyone point me in the right direction to find the correct bulbs. UK websites only.

If these prices are around the same, i am thinking of getting 3 atleast, will this be enough?
