What looks to be the problem to you?

I'm thinking to high of ph. I have lil white bugs that I been keeping control of spraying the plants every night! Trying to get a good diagnostics thanks guys!

You have some severe stunting and deformities which could be either due to bugs, or more commonly pH like you suggested. The bugs could either be white flies/spider mites or aphids that suck up moisture from your plants, cause leaves to shrivel and grow stunted. Make sure your spraying your plants with some form of organicide and heighten your pH a little if it is too high. I find 5.5-5.8 to be the best range for hydro.

go and buy neem.......it will do a lot of work for your plants

ok guys i got the neem oil how do i properly use it? like with wat soap?

and i been checkin my oiil in the buckets now and keep the res ph at 5.2 and the buckets come out to 5.7-5.8ph now

I should also mention I water for 15 every 5 hrsy
Cycle is 18/6 my medium is hydrotion
