What nutrients/plantfoods to use (International)?

Alright, so going through these different threads leaves me thinking. All these American brands (and obviously other foreign countries to me), and stuff that I am unable to get my hands on here in the land of vikings, what am I suppose to use?

So far it seems these are the brands I am able to get my hands on:
-Advanced Nutrients
-B.A.C.
-BioBizz (I've seen this referred to a few times)
-Canna
-GHE
-General Organics
-Green House Powder Feeding
-Growth Technology
-Guanokalong
-House & Garden

(quick overview, mind you the page is in Norwegian http://www.hydroponi.no/categories/plantenaering)

So yes, what brand are people familiar with? Any suggestions to what to use? Right now I'm buying a BioBizz Starter Pack. Anything else I "need" besides this?

Oh right. I start out germinating my seeds in something called Nelson Garden Plant Start. They are like disks that you pot in water so they grow. Later i remove the cotton that keeps it together and put it in soil recommended for tomato-plants from the local gardener mixed with Leca-balls (similar to perlite). I guess I am at about 30% Leca and 70% soil mixed well with a thin layer of Leca in the bottom. This was recommended for tomato plants and I figured might as well try it for my MJs since it will help roots breathe better apparently.

PS. My first clones was put into small pots with just the soil and Clonex, no disks like the seed germination and no Leca.

Soil.. I guess something organic rather than synthetic..will bring out better flavor, aroma, sugars..
Best try the organics section I would say...I'm no expert, I'm just trying to be helpful..i find it hard to get answers around this place these days myself...

I've heard good things about house and garden but if I remember correctly is a little expensive but worth it supposedly.
