what nutrients shud i use?

can u tell me what nutrients to use for my plant
this is my 1st grow
i will be putting them in rockwool then into soil

A veg formula and a flower formula.

There are many nutrients.

Personally, I love the FoxFarms line of liquid nutes. I use the "GrowBig" and "BigBloom" for veg, then I switch to "TigerBloom" for flowering.

i have fox farm's grow big, big bloom, and tiger bloom, and general hydroponics flora micro, flora grow, and flora bloom. haven't had any problems with either companies nutes.

i dont live in th usa
i could only find
BIG BUD - BLOOM BOOSTER or DR HORNBYS BIG BUD
but cant find anything for growth

Who cares where you live? One of the great things about the Internet is that it allows you to order anything you want from anywhere in the world. Find a decent online hydro shop and just order whatever you need
